Save on your monthly bills with our Low-Income Discount (LID) program. Enrollment is available to income-qualified residential customers in Oregon. Eligibility and discount level are based on your annual household income (gross income) at or below 60% of Oregon state median income adjusted for household size (see below). If you qualify, you'll join more than 53,000 customers who are enrolled and getting help with their bills.
