Blue Sky representatives visit homes and make calls

Representatives from Pacific Power’s Blue Sky program visit homes and make calls throughout Oregon and Washington to answer questions and provide information about Pacific Power’s renewable energy options.

Did you receive a visit or phone call from a Pacific Power representative? Please take our customer survey.

To ensure your safety and comfort, we’ve created an overview of what you can expect when a Blue Sky representative gives you a call or visits your home.

Blue Sky representatives will always:

  • Have all of the information they need on hand to answer questions about Blue Sky and/or enroll interested customers in the program.
  • Introduce themselves as a representative for Pacific Power.
  • Present a photo ID badge with a valid expiration date (if visited in person).
  • Wear a Pacific Power and Blue Sky branded shirt, jacket, hat or other uniform piece (if visited in person).

Blue Sky representatives will never:

  • Ask to enter your home.
  • Ask for payment in any form.
  • Ask for your Pacific Power account number, credit card numbers or any other personal information.
  • Visit outside of the time and date range indicated on your post card.

In addition, Blue Sky representatives are not authorized to make or request any account changes outside of enrollment in the Blue Sky program.

If you have questions, please call 1-888-221-7070.
